Mission Statement
The Pike Place Merchants Association arose from the original Farm Association established in the 1920's. The Merchants Association advocates for, and serves, its members by providing access to the finest professional legal, accounting, bookkeeping, business insurance, and health insurance services.
Since 1974, the Association has published the Pike Place Market News monthly, to promote the Pike Place Market Historical District and neighborhood. The Association owns the rights to the traditional, yearly, Pike Place Market Street Festival, held at the end of May.
